I love a good fall dress. From the more natural colorways to the long sleeves, I can’t get enough. While I work in a corporate office, the dress code is (thankfully) pretty laid back, so a casual dress like this is perfect for me.
I love that Nordstrom offers affordable options like Hinge, BP. brand, etc. When I found this dress, it was $79, but it’s since gone on sale for under $50. How could you not snag this adorable piece?
I should also note that navy and yellow are two of the most popular colors this season, so this dress is totally on trend. I decided to pair this dress with my favorite pair of Marc Fisher suede heels and the Skagen Beatrix bag. (I actually got these shoes on clearance for $30 last season, but I’ve linked a remarkably similar style.) PS Skagen is one of the brands my company makes, and my amazing work team bought this bag for me on my birthday. Incredible, right!?
If you’ve been following my blog for any time, you have probably noticed I love Loft. Not only do they have amazing sales, their clothes tend to just fit me really well. In fact, I find that their petite stuff is truly petite and I rarely (if ever) have to get it altered!
When I was shopping at the NorthPark location recently, I stumbled upon this feminine floral Ruffle dress. While I didn’t opt for the petite version of this dress, I did find it to fit true to size (I am wearing an XS).
I love the color of this dress, especially for the transition from summer to fall. I felt this clutch from BP was the perfect accessory to draw out some of the deeper tones of the dress–ideal for fall.
To keep things feminine, I paired this with my favorite pair of nude sandals and pearl bracelet. (PS, y’all, this bracelet is on sale right now! I wear it all the time–love it.)
